Why my plan downgraded?

    Dear Jotform-Team,


    I upgraded my plan from bronze to silver a few weeks ago.


    Now there is the information that my account has been downgraded.


    Could you please fix that.

    We're sorry for this inconvenience.

    This issue happened because you upgraded to Silver yearly plan and canceled the Bronze yearly plan. 

    Tha cancelation triggered the downgrade.

    But I put your account back to Silver plan.
