Unable to access account

    I have tried to reset the password but it won't send me anything via email and I need to access my account. Please advise how I can reset the password as it is not sending anything via email through the "forgot password" link. Thank you.

    You can't reset your password because your account type is 'GUEST'. Users that don't sign up or login will be shown as 'GUEST' account type. There isn't any form belong your account. If you have another account, please let us know your username, your form id or your registration e-mail.
