Two different input mask

I receive applicants from two different countries: Hong Kong (###)-######## and Philippines (##)-##########. Do I need 2 phone inputs or does this have the flexibility to get either in one entry?

You will need to add two different fields for this requirement with the corresponding input mask. Then you can just set up a condition to show/hide the Phone Field for the country.
