How to show all questions in one page.

Hello,

I created a form yesterday that was in the original format (it was all on one page, and you could scroll top to bottom). Cloning the form puts me in the new format (one question at a time) which doesn’t work with the way I created the form. Is it possible to put it back in the original format.

(conversely it would be good if there was a way to group questions together)

You need to go into that form's settings, and switch the layout:
