JotForm Account Disabled?

    JotForm informed me today that we have reached the limits of our account for this month. However, I looked through all submissions and we dont even have 20 submissions this month so we have not touched out 100 submission cap. The problem seems to be in a counting error with JotForm. If I could please get help on this it would be awesome. Thanks so much!

    We had a glitch that affected the submission count for some of our users.  This has now been fixed, your account re-activated and submissions reset.  Thank you for letting us know about this and feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.
