when i click on
to access the ans to quizzes i have made, the tool does not open for me as it had done nicely just a few days ago
my username is firstname.lastname@example.org

I was able to reproduced the issue as well. I was not able to review forms in the JotForm Quiz app http://quizform.jotform.io/
there were multiple error shown on the browser console referring to the problem of the Quiz form app.
I have created a bug ticket report using this thread. I have forwarded it to the higher team support. We will notify you here once fixed.

this has been fixed and working as expected, buti do not seem to be receiving quiz results
for example for this form submitted yesterday
