Namaste' and Happy Monday!
I am slowly, but surely emerging from being in the throes of handling the affairs and estate matters of my father's recent passing.
Since I was having a good day, I decided to tackle something I enjoy - form design. So, I planned to review and revamp my Jotform systems.
Unfortunately, I could not login, so I reset the password.
But, every time I attempt to login I get the message 'Login failed - SUSPENDED'.
Why is that?
What do I need to do to gain access to my account?
Thank you in advance for your prompt and helpful reply.
With Gratitude,
-

Your account got suspended because it is collecting sensitive information. Here's a screenshot:
As per our terms of use, collecting sensitive information is not allowed here in JotForm. I have deleted the guilty fields so I can immediately re-activate your account back to good status.
If you want to add the "Social Security Number" field again, please add these following to your form to avoid getting suspended:
- An agreement stating the usage of sensitive information. You can use the "Text" tool. You may also use the Short Scrollable Terms widget or Terms & Conditions widget.
- Digital signature field. You can use the E-Signature widget or the Smooth Signature widget.
- You can enable the Encryption feature to your form by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
I hope this helps. If you have any questions, please contact us again. Thank you.
