Cancel my account today please

    Please cancel my account today with no further charges.  When I attempted to get reimbursed by my organization, they advised that they would not do so and I immediately sent an email and went through your billing page. Please make sure my account does not get charged; as I am already about $20.00.

    Your subscription has been cancelled and will not automatically renew.  The account will downgrade to a Free account on December 1st and you will not longer be billed.
