We need the free plan but we have a PayPal registration form set up. Need to change the payment integration.

We are just a simple family reunion group.  Just noticed there is a limit on payments of 1 per month for free accounts.  How can we disable the PayPal feature in the Submit button on our form and keep the same template?

You can add Purchase order payment field since that field doesn't require actual payment to be made.

    To do that, please follow:

    1) Click remove button in the existing PayPal payment field:

    2) Add Purchase order field:

And don't worry about the products, they will be there even after you remove PayPal and add Purchase order.

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you!

Hi Nik_C.  That work perfectly.  Thank you!!

One last thing: I received an e-mail that my form would be disabled tomorrow at 12:00 for the following reason in the subject line:

Action Needed: You have reached your JotForm payments limit

I did not see this limitation when I signed up for the account.  My fault.  We really do need the free account because of limited funds right now.  We also need the free form version.  I will be happy to pay the $19 for one month but I do not wish to upgrade.  Can you advise how to proceed?

For your convenience, I reset your payment limit, so you can use your forms, but please be mindful that we can do that only once.

Also, please be mindful that you have only 1 payment submission to make in Free subscription.

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you!

Thank you!  I really appreciate that and I will remember all the limitations to the free account going forward.
