    Having multiple choice options for radio button or check box?

    I'd like to have people "select all that apply" but the form only allows one box or radio button to be selected at a time.

    On "Radio button" field you cannot select multiple fields. That's only possible if you use a "Checkbox" field.

    OK, thanks for responding so quicky.  I've been going crazy trying to figure that out...should have asked first!
