Inserting hyperlinks into the form

Hello,

What is the best way to insert hyperlinks to a form in editing mode? The codes and links I enter do not seem to stay in place when I click away.

The best way to add hyperlinks to the form is using a "Text" field.  You can insert the link using the link tool in or if you want to insert your own HTML, that can be done using the source tool:
