There is no "Submit" button at the bottom of my form

I've got two forms connected to my BluePay account. Neither on of them have a submit button at the bottom. Once the user has filled in their info, they have no way of making their purchase.

You will have to add a submit button in your form. It is found in the form elements when you edit the form.
