Redirecting after paypal payment not working

When people use this form to donate and submit to paypal they are getting a 403 forbidden error, even though if you refresh the page it will open the link properly

I tested your form to figure out the issue. There is nothing wrong your PayPal integration. It seems the problem caused by the external link in Thank You Page. I forwarded this issue to our developer team to further check.

I've checked the form and site. The problem is this url https://www.changemississippi.org/thanks accepts only HTTP GET requests while JotForm posts additional data about the submissions to the thank you pages. You'll need to allow HTTP POST requests on that url.
