You may check the email settings of the form by clicking on Settings and then Emails section on the left. Since you mention that the emails are not being delivered to the users, it looks like there is an issue with the Recipient selection in the email setup. Please make sure that the correct email address field is selected as the recipient field. Please refer to the following guide that can help you with setting up an autoresponder on the form.
