We have a Bronze subscription (alexandraparkforms) with JotForm, as well as the allowed 3 sub-accounts attached to the main account. One of the sub-accounts (email@example.com) has today lost access to all of their forms as they were using a 'free' account. Is there any way we can retrieve these forms, please, and associated with our main (bronze) account? This should hopefully remove the submission limit for the forms.

It looks like they were creating the forms in their own account instead of in the shared folder. Forms created outside of the shared folder do not have access to the upgraded limits of your account.
If they would like to log in to their account and send a request for us to move the forms to your account, we can move them. The request needs to come from their account though. Make sure to have them include the username of the account they would like the forms moved to.
Once the forms are moved, you can shared access to them.
