Our new submissions were non-existent for 6-10 hours yesterday. (extremely unlikely) After we finally noticed the sudden drop off we have been trying to make sense of it. We are still mystified and would like to be able to routinely be able to see if we are (and have been recently) up and running or if we were down for whatever reason. Is there a "dashboard" available for users to view any recent account outages?

Unfortunately, I don't think that we have a straight foward way or tool available to even tell our users when we are experiencing problems with your forms outages since our server usually triggers notifications that was setup by our developers with which we then warn our members immediately via Informational Notes and Warnings at the top of the Support Forum when we notice something is seriously wrong.
There are also a lot of things that factor into this such as your webpage, your form build, your server, our server, how many users are on our server and your server, your isp and download upload speeds, etc,.
Such a feature may be possible through the use of some custom programming if you happen to know that much or know someone who knows a lot of programming to do it for you or maybe even with some third-party software if any is available.
This is a good idea so I will add it to our Features Request List if it hasn't been added already. It may be possible to add some Sort of Up and Downtime Feature for our customerbase to be able to monitor this too through the use of a tool that may be added in the future after our developers have lookedinto it more once they aren't busy with higher priority issues.
Perhaps my colleagues or our developers might have some valuable information to add to this.

We do have a site where you can check out status and outage history.
Our site is also tracked by a 3rd party service called Pingdom:
We did not have any downtime yesterday. So, it might be a problem on your site. Have you checked the logs for your site?
