I've got a form set-up on a landing page with Unbounce. Originally, I had the Unbounce button set to open the form automatically in a lightbox. Turns out, people using IE weren't able to submit their files - they're stuck on a "Please Wait" notice vs. "Submit". So I read through some older posts here, and switched it to a dedicated Unbounce lightbox + iFrame embedded JotForm. That didn't work, so I found another question on here that suggested I remove all but the iFrame code itself. Needless to say, that hasn't worked, either.
Is there an issue with IE, JotForm and file uploads?Page URL:

When you use the iframe embed method you wont experience the please wait... issue. This only happens on webpages where scripts conflict with JotForm.
As an alternative you could use the pop-up method. It should work better.

Thanks Aubrey, but as I mentioned in my issue:
"I read through some older posts here, and switched it to a dedicated Unbounce lightbox + iFrame embedded JotForm. That didn't work, so I found another question on here that suggested I remove all but the iFrame code itself. Needless to say, that hasn't worked, either."
I tried the iFrame, and this issue is still happening. As this is on Unbounce, javacript is stripped out (that's why I'm currently just using the iframe html vs. the full code provided by JotForm).
Any other thoughts?

Can you please try using this guide:

Thanks Aubrey - I just tried this method, but unfortunately, the result in IE is the same: "Please Wait" vs. "Submit".
As you can see, I'm still trying to embed the form in a lightbox using the Custom HTML box and the specific JotForm Unbounce code. To test and see if the lightbox is the problem, I created a test page and inserted the form directly on the page using the Unbounce-specific embed code from Jotform. I'm getting the same result for both implementations in IE.
You can see this non-lightbox test page here: http://installation.xplornet.com/test/
Below is a screengrab of the lightbox implementation (live on the full site installation.xplornet.com)

I tested the forms on your website with MS Edge and its the same behaviour. I could reproduce the problem of the form refusing to submit on both the lightbox and the unbounce code forms.
I also found a script error on the browser console when opening the lightbox.
I then tested your stand alone form to see if there is a bug in it. But the form is fine, it submits perfectly:
It looks like there is a problem with unbounce integration. So I have escalated this issue to Level 2 support. They will investigate and hopefully find a solution.

It looks like an embed problem stand alone version of the form(https://form.jotform.com/form/72404477841257) submits just fine
