    Hi Guys,

Been using Jotform for years and love it!

I'm looking to go PRO and wondering why such a BIG gap between the Premium and the PRO account? It's as if you decided it was going to be all or nothing. lol.

I'm sure lots of people need more that 1000 submissions a month while needing a lot less than 1 million.

BTW: Is that 1 million a typo... Really? lol.

Another form builder offers 3000/month submissions for $29.95. I'm sure you could do much better.

Just my 2 cents from a fan of your business!

    Yours in success,

    Patrick Forbes

We were actually almost reaching 1 million. We were over 950,000 but we discovered a mistake on how we count the active accounts, and fixed it and now we are back down to 790,000 as of today. So, we still have some long way to reach 1 million users. :)

The reason we have only Premium and Professional accounts is to keep things simple. But, we will definitely add a middle plan. It is asked a lot. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Thanks for your kind words. We will work harder to deserve them.  :)

Man I love when the founder replies my forum posts! Makes me feel special. haha!

What I wrote about the 1 million was referring to the how many submissions are allowed in the Professional account - whereas the Premium account only offers 3000/month subscribers.

    Is that correct?

If so, 3000/month submissions vs 1,000,000/month submissions is a very big difference.

You defintely should have a middle plan. ;)
