Form Layout - Set 'All Questions in One Page' as default for new forms

Is there any way to set 'All Questions in One Page' (in Form Layout) as the default setting for new forms?  The nature of the forms that we generally create means that they virtually need to be laid out with all questions in one page, and having to change this whenever I create a new form (and provide feedback each and every time!) is tedious and frustrating.

It is indeed possible to set the layout for all new forms.  This can be done from the account settings page:
