Excel report empty

hi

when i download the report in excel or cvs this one is empty. Can you help?

I checked your forms and they are all blank.

The solution is to navigate to your user profile data settings:

https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data

And uncheck the box that says "Store my data only in Europe (Germany)"
