    Newly created form doesn't display properly in the Preview window (see the screen capture)

    I created a new form and I clicked on the Preview button to check it. That is the result:

    The link to the external website where I included the form displays the same error message as the Preview window at the JotForm website.

    Note: The older forms will display correctly in the Preview window.

    Hi,

    It seems that screenshot that you provide isn't displaying. Can you please provide us screenshot of your form again for us to see the problem?

    I have updated my question at the website. I noticed that there is another
    user that experience the same problem ("A very big problem"). He provided a
    screen capture of the Preview window.
