Is there a way to speed up the the form load time?

    2) Its pretty slow this way, Is there a way to speed it up as it 5 simple questions and we're wanting it to be loading quicker than 20seconds.

    Is your form loading slowly? 

    I tested the forms that you created, but I am not able to replicate the issue you reported. The load time of your forms is less than 3 seconds on my end.

    Please provide us an ID of the form that is loading slowly on your end and tell us which device and browser are you using. 

    If the form is embedded provide us the webpage URL.

    The slowness is related to the image you added as background. 

    I cloned your form and removed the mentioned image, the speed improved:
