How to receive email notification for incomplete payments?

Can you please advise if it is possible to recieve Paypal abandoned payment alerts?

If I understand your question correctly you want to receive submission email for the users who do not complete the payment after being redirected to PayPal checkout page? Is that correct?

Please note that when users submit your form, they are redirected to PayPal checkout page for payments. If your user do not settle the payment, that submission is marked as "Incomplete Payments".
