I have run out of space. Is this a glitch? Does it affect my submissions or account at all?

    Hello!

    I am using the free version of JotForms and I have 2 forms with 5 submissions total with no attached files, but my account says I have run out of space. Is this a glitch? Does it affect my submissions or account at all?

    Hi,

    I checked your account and you have reached your monthly limit. For the free account, you can only receive 1 payment submission and 100 normal submissions. 

    If you want to increase your payment submission limit, please upgrade your account to any paid plans. Here's the link to check our plans/subscription: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
