Square form submissions with missing payments

    I have reactivated my page [it was dormant for 6 months] and I am having an issue with the square portal. The credit card transaction is not showing up in the square and my jotform report does not show a dollar amount for the "square field".


    Any suggestions for how to fix this?

    It seems that your products can be currently submitted with a 0 quantity which leads to $0.00 total.

    If at least one product should be selected, I would like to suggest configuring the Square field in the following way.

    - Switch the Required and Selected by Default options to NO for each product.

    - Set the minimum quantity to 1 for each product.

    - Leave the Square field as Required.

    It should prevent submissions with selected products and 0 quantity.
