Hi. I am having real trouble at the moment with arguments with the uniform guy that does the uniform for my school. It seems that some peoples jotform emails are coming through with the same order number. I think it is when orders are not being finalised and paid for with Paypal. Could you let me know if there is any way of fixing this. I seem to get emails that make sense but he seems to be getting something slightly different (info@screenprintuk.co.uk). Also, when I click on the incomplete payments to say the payment is complete, Jotform is sending out an email again with another order number. This in turn means the t-shirt guy reprints the uniform order AGAIN as they look like a separate order. Is there a way to stop this?, I have literally been charged £200 for items that are not needed so I desperately need this rectifying please.

If incomplete payment emails are causing the issue with an autoresponder.
You can switch that option off in payment wizard:
And set it to Notifiers only:
You can change that through Payment wizard:
So Incomplete payment emails will be sent only to you (Notifier), or you can switch it off.
Could you please try and let us know how it worked.
