Why is the content in my auto reponders distorted?

Hi Jotform Team,

I created a form. I customized my auto responders to be received as an email and not a graph. However, after testing, the info is coming in on different lines. It does not look the way I have it set up.

Example shows Auto Responder #4. Why is it doing this?

Hi I have cloned your form and tested a submission that will trigger the autoresponder 4 to be sent. And upon receiving the notification, It seems it is correctly displayed as what you have created.
