The input data of text area field in not captured in submission using IE browser.

    In my form : https://www.jotform.com/build/73211933184453

    The text is remove when the form is validate !!!!


    Any explanation ?

    Can you give us more details on what you mean with your concern? I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean when you say the text is removed when the form validates.

    A scenario and a screenshot will help.

    Well, when i fill the form everything seems to be ok, but when i validate the form, the area in the last frame "text area" .... this one is deleted and we dont receive anything.

    This happen in internet explorer.

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that when you submit your form using internet explorer, the input data of text are field is not captured. 

    I did test your form in IE 11 and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. When I submitted your form, the input data was captured successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists. Have you embedded your form in any webpage? Please share the webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.
