Is there a way to connect JotForm to my own database?

I am looking for an app/software that can help my business maintain form digitally.

My business has 25-30 people visiting everyday and I want each one of them to fill a form while entering, which after the filling goes to my database automatically.

Please let me know if there is any such option available with JotForms.

We currently have a way of sending submission data to MySQL database using PHP.
