Add an option to re-order the fields within the Address Field

I would like to see an option to change the order of entry fields inside of the addres entry form element. In Germany it is usual to display the postal code before the city, so it's kind of confusing to have it the other way round. I'm sure there are many other countries that have differing address layouts and it would be nice to simply have a dropdown menu in the address field properties to select a country from if you want a specific layout.

Sure we can request that on your behalf - I elevated your thread as a feature request. Please keep in mind that there's no assurance whether this will be implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the amount of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.

We can't give you any timeframe but we'll keep you apprised on this same thread when there's an update.

It seems like this has been implemented in some form if I'm not mistaken?

We are sorry to let you know that there is no update yet on this feature request. Unfortunately, the feature request is having a low priority and likely to take time to implement it. As a workaround, you may consider adding separate fields to the form so that you may arrange the fields as per your requirement.
