How to create a limit for scale questions?

Hi! Please, my name is Hugo, and I need your help. I want to create a form where the reader will need to choose only five words, among 50 other words,  and give a weight, give a number between 1 and 5, for each one of these selected five words.

How can I do that?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to allow users to select a value from 1 - 5?

There are multiple options to achieve your requirement. You can add "DropDown", "Single Choice", "Number" or "Scale Rating" fields. Please check the screenshot below:
