I have used jotform for the first time for a client and have been impressed so far, although Ive had some serious problems this evening. Having set the form up using my own email address I have tried to change the recipient email in the notification on form set up however all submissions are still coming to my email on both forms. Even changing the account email address to theirs saw the form still arrive in my inbox...???!!
I even resorted to setting up a new account for the client using their email address and creating forms again however I am having issues with this too - the form previews just give error saying form deleted by creator and when embedded nothing displayed - please advise.

Is there a general problem - seems to be a high volume of calls with similar issues?
