What can I do to make minimum file upload on jotform?

Say I need for an upload file field that users upload MINIMUM of 12 images, what can I do to make that a requirement aside from making 12 seperate upload fields. 

You can use File Upload with custom file extension (jpg, png, gif...) which supports multiple file uploads instead of Image Upload. Unfortunately, you can set a maximum limit for files but not a minimum limit. I'll create a feature request for it. Please be noted that creating feature requests doesn't ensure that the feature will be implemented.
