Who submitted a completed form?

we recently set up a form. We forgot to put name and contact information as a form requirement. We have two submissions before we made the change and we do not know  who the form submissions are from. How can I get the contact info? Does jotform ask for an email address?

If your form did not have any contact info field, such as email, name or phone, you can only check the IP address of the users who submitted the form. Inside of this guide, you can find how to find the IP address of the users that submitted your form.
