Form is a disaster

I am having two issues with my form.

    A.  Many users are complaining that they cannot get the form to work.  Either they cannot scroll or they cannot find a submit button.  I have some computers where this is true but works in all mac browsers.

    B.  The sales tax is calculating incorrectly.  It should be 6.75%.

I have also given the URL where it is "embedded."

It seems that you were not able to give the URL on which your form is embedded. Anyway, please try embedding your form using the iFrame code. There might be a javascript conflict with your website and the embedded form.

It seems correct. Please take note that the tax calculation is per item/product. So if you select package A ($67.00 * 0.0675 or 6.75% = 4.52$). Which is correct.

Let us know if you need further help.

First, LOVE The new one question per page designer.

Second, I realized that the people unable to submit were going to the full jotform link and not an embedded form.

I checked your form and I was able to scroll to the bottom.  The submit button was available from there.  Is there a specific way to reproduce the issue?  A specific browser being used or something of that nature?  As far as I can tell, the form is fully visible.
