Is there a way to create a payment button condition as follows:
When a client wishes to make a purchase, we must present them with one of two payment price options, that are contingent upon when we first presented the option to the potential client. E.g. if potential client makes their purchase within the initial two weeks of their offer they should be presented with payment button #1 at $100, if however, it is greater than two weeks they should be presented with payment button #2 at $300. We can identify those that are more than two weeks by email, so if someone tries to signup with a given email that we identify, they would see button #2, otherwise default to button #1.
How can we create this?

Yes it should be possible to present the customer with two radio buttons (a single choice field). It should have two options $100 and $300.
The result of this should be stored in a form calculation widget.
For example:

Then pass this total to a payment integration for payment.
How to Pass a Calculation to a Payment Field
The problem is the selection of the $100 or $300 option. You say you want this to happen by verifying the email address. Not sure how this would work.

One possible solution is to use coupon codes. You define the discounted percentage. And set an expiration date (2 weeks).
For example:
This way if they decide to pay after the two weeks, the coupon will expire. And they must pay the full $300.
You can see this working here:
