File upload: fourth file hangs

    Hello,

    we are using your service and about two days ago we have found that there is the problem with file upload.

    in more detail:

    link : https://form.jotform.me/icgroup/electronicreimbursement 

    after confirmation in the first page you will see the list of fields to be filled out.

    there is two place for file upload, first called " Upload a copy of your ID card ",  - there is no problem and second "Upload documents". here is the problem, after uploading tree files the next one is not uploading, just upload bar is turning without result. For information the is no limitation on number of files, there is limitation for size which is 6000KB.

    please your help, this is very urgent for us

    I cloned your form and could reproduce the error.

    The fourth upload fails every time. I checked your form and it all seems to be correct. 

    So I have escalated this issue to Level 2 support. They will investigate and hopefully fix your issue. You will be informed of any progress on this thread.

    This issue seems to be resolved. I was able to upload more than four files. Can you check and let us know if you encounter any problems? We will be waiting for your response.
