Thank You page: Text alignment is different when you submit the form vs what's seen on form builder

Please see two images below.

Layout in published thank you page is not same as in edit mode.

Two screen grabs below.

See edit page. Note left alignment of the text elements marked with green line.

Then see published thank you page (shown after submitting). Same text areas are centered instead of left-aligned.

Please help.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I've tested the cloned version of your form, but I couldn't spot any differences between the content of the Thank You page on the builder interface and the actual submission Thank You page. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Please note that a minimal spacing margin will be present from side to side on the submission page. This is intentional to ensure that the content is displayed clearly and independently. Would you like to eliminate this spacing altogether?

The discrepancy can be seen in the screen grabs above.

On the published page, the text is centered left-right.

On the edit/build page, it is correctly left-justified.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for the additional information. I cloned your form and was able to replicate the issue.

I also tested the Thank You page's source code, tried saving it as HTML file and see that the code is just fine but showing differently on the form on actual submission.

I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team. Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Any word on this? It is a big issue, and it has been three weeks.

Until they get to it, can I adjust that with the HTML? How?

There haven’t been any updates yet. I know that it’s taking some time to resolve and that is very stressful. I have reached out to our Developer Team asking for an update. Once we hear back from them, we will let you know via this thread.
