    I'm developing a site that involves jotform and am having two issues.

    The first is that for some reason, after having drag-and-dropped and deleted an item multiple times, sometimes when it is next added jotform instead adds two of the type of item instead.

    The second issue is that after having created a custom theme, when drag-and-dropping an item on to a blank form the submit button that is automatically added get's default placed above the item that is drag-and-dropped on (instead of below).

    The version of jotform we are using is "JotForm Engine 3.0.4099".

    Below is the stylesheet used for the custom theme in second issue.

    .form-all {
        background-color: white;
        font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
        font-size:1.0em !important;
        color:#919195;
    }

    .form-header-group {
        background: none;
        border: none;
    }

    .form-header {
        font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
        font-weight:bold;
        font-size: 1.4em;
        color:#a39161;
        margin-bottom: 1em;
    }

    /* small heading */
    h3.form-header {
        font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
        font-weight:bold;
        font-size: 1.0em;
        color:#00447c;
    }

    .form-subHeader {
        font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
        font-size:1.0em;
        font-style: normal;
        color:#919195;
        border: none;
    }

    .form-submit-button {
        background: url('/images/gmp/submit_btn.png') no-repeat center center;
        border: none;
        width: 137px;
        height: 39px;
        text-indent: -3000px;
        overflow: hidden;
    }

    Hello Jason.  Is this an issue with a purchased Jotform application? If so, please do send your concerns via email at jotform@interlogy.com.

    Thanks.
