Why my cloned form looks weird?

All our forms share the same layout since I've used the clone function. But my latest cloned form has a new look, that doesn't match with the other forms. Have you done changes to the functionality? If so, how can I get the "old" look back?

You can change your layout from your form settings.

Go to Settings->Form Settings->Show More Options

Scroll down to the option called "Form Layout" and change it to "All Questions in One Page".
