Where can I find the mobile responsive widget?

    You can find the mobile responsive widget in the WIDGETS Form Elements.

    Just type in the searchbox  "mobile" to show the Mobile Responsive Widget.

    Nope - I dont have that option!

    Thank you for the clarification, I think you are using Single Question in One Page Form Layout that is why Mobile Responsive Widget is not found.

    You form in default is mobile responsive already when you are using that Form Layout.
