Autoresponses to my form are not working correctly in that they go to some addresses and not others. We get notifications from you to us to say somebody has filled in the form, but the person filling in the form doesn't appear to get one, nor the person they name on the form.
Do you know why this might be? Could it be because we are using our own servers rather than yours when we contact third parties filling in the forms?

Considering that you did not provide us an ID or a name of the form you have an issue with I inspected one of your forms that was recently edited - Credit Services Agency - self nominate. Inside of that form Send Emails Later option is set to 7 days, which means that the Autoresponder will be sent 7 days after the form is submitted.
If you want that the Autoresponder Email is sent to your users when they submit the form, you need to set this option to Right Away.
If your issue is related to some other form, please provide us an ID of that form.
