Hi, I used to have a lot of websites using jotform but i have sold my business and all the websites except two or three
I have been paying a monthly fee because my usage increased a lot. I have just been sent an email saying my latest payment hasn't gone through. I'm wondering if i still need a paid-for account as I now only have a handful of forms in use.
Perhaps you could let me know

Please take into consideration the feature limits on the current Bronze subscription. If expect low amount of submissions, you may downgrade to Free.
