Input table: Sort names alphabetically

2 Questions please! I want to collect name & id number in 2 ways. User can either type it in manually, or copy it over from a spreadsheet. So, I'm attempting to use the input table for this function.

    1. Once names are in the table, is there a way to get it to sort the names alphabetically?
    2. I don't see a way to copy multiple cells from Excel into multiple cells in the Jotform table. When I try to copy multiple cells, it puts all of the data into ONE cell of the input table. Is there a way to copy multiple cells from Excel into multiple cells of the input table?

    Thank you!

    Hi Jeff,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid it is not possible to sort data in the input table alphabetically. Also, the Spreadsheet to form widget does not support the input table. The widget only supports these form elements:

    1. Full Name
    2. Email
    3. Time
    4. Short Text
    5. Long Text
    6. Dropdown
    7. Single Choice
    8. Multiple Choice
    9. Scale Rating
    10. Star Rating

You need to require users to enter the data manually into the input table.

I moved your other question to a new thread and will help you with that here.
