    adding your IP address to my whitelist.

    I contacted my provider and they gave me a link to a blocklist removal form.  It asks for names and addresses.  Not sure what to put there.  Here is the link they sent.   http://postmaster.comcast.net/block-removal-request.html.  Could you tell me how to fill it out.

    Cathi,

    I am not quite sure if Comcast has permanently blocked our IP's as we have not received such reports yet, aside from yours. I looked up your email on our bounce list and found it there, with the following reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 554-'imta33.emeryville.ca.mail.comcast.net comcast 199.127.232.182 Comcast block for spam.  Please see http://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#BL000000'

    I also checked your form's notification and it does not seem to have a sender name and email details, prompting me to think that that may be the reason for the spam block. So I went ahead and removed your email from our bounce list, configured your form's notification to use JotForm and noreply@jotform.com as the sender details, then submitted the form.

    If all goes well, the said submission should be sent successfully to your email. Can you please confirm if you have received the notification message?

    I did receive your text email.  I also added 3 of your ip address that I found on someone elses question.  Comcast replied that 1 of the 3 had been blocked and has now been unblocked.  Im hopeful they will start coming through again.

    I'm not sure I sent my earlier email correctly.  I am another person who is not getting email notifications from JotFrom, they are being blocked by Comcast.  I have added <noreply@jotform.com> to my contact list.

    In similar fashion to Cathi above, the blocked IP address form needed by Comcast is not something I can complete.  

    Can you please work with Comcast to get them to unblock the servers you are using?
