How do I create a form with multiple registration passes

Asked by scanevents on September 19, 2012 at 03:35 PM

    Hi,

I am trying to create a form where exhibitors to an event can register their staff with first and last names as well as title.

I would like the exhibitors to be able to register more than one person at a time. I have created a form where you can register up to six names but I am wondering if their is a different way of doing it so you can just click ad a new name and submit as many names as you like under the same company.

I would like the entries to be registered as separate lines instead of one entry line as it is now.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Mad,

What you're asking for is a way (for registrants) to dynamically add new sets of fields as they fill out the form. Sadly, we do not have this feature yet, but it was already added to our user wishlist.

JotForm's conditional logic system makes a workaround possible, although the fields to be dynamically added are limited by the number of rules (and field sets) you add to the form.
