Form builder designer options changed from one form to the next

On the left side of the screenshot is how I want to proceed. It is how I have made all of my forms. On the right side of the screenshot is the new default.

The default theme has changed and the Form Designer menu has changed.

It seems you have created duplicate threads for the same issue. Please follow your previous support thread to avoid confusion: New form style: How to change the default style?
