Camera not working in Photo Widget?

    Hello,

    I have the take photo widget on my form and when I open the form on my phone it won't allow me to use the rear camera.  I'm using a Sonim  XP7700.  It does work on other Samsung phones though.  I was just wondering if you have had any other customers with the same issue.

    I tried the form in Android devices and it was working fine. May I ask, in what browser of the phone you are accessing the form? And does the widget asks you to allow permission to use the camera?

    I’m using the form in the google browser and it didn’t ask for any permission when I opened the form. The camera comes on but it’s only forward facing and the switch camera button on the top right hand corner doesn’t do anything.

    Can you please click in Settings and then Advanced Settings. After that locate Content Settings and find Camera. Click in Camera and delete all the sessions you have before. Then close the browser and open again, now it should ask for permission to use the camera. Please try if this fixes the solution. Thank you in advance for your patience.1512752362Camera Bug.png

    I have done the steps below and even with allowing access to the camera the rear camera will not work with the form.

    I have tested in my device and it is working fine. Unfortunately I don't have the same device you are using so I can test it out. I have assigned the thread to our developers. We will notify you on this thread as soon as our developers reply.
