Uploading Files into Infusionsoft

Our Jotform is integrated with Infusionsoft, and I was wondering if there's a way that any files uploaded using Jotform can be added to the contact's File Box in Infusionsoft.

To my knowledge, I can't use the Infusionsoft upload because you have to have a login for it...I need it for Referral Partners to send us docs with their referral.
