Getting an error , how to fix it ??

    404: Page not found 
    This error is generated when there was no web page with the name you specified at the web site.


    Troubleshooting suggestions:


    Ensure the page you are linking to exists in the correct folder.


    Check your file name for case sensitivity . Index.htm is not the same as index.htm!


    Temporarily disable any rewrite rules by renaming your .htaccess file if it exists.

    I checked your account and you have two forms which are not active. The error you are getting it is coming from the link you have visited and not from the form. Can you provide the url of the form you have created?

    i didn't create the form . can you pls elaborate this. I just delete previous files, after that i got it .

    I am sorry if I wasn't clear enough. The error you are experiencing it is not related with JotForm forms. As I can see from the screenshot you are browsing an unknown link and I can't help you with that. If you are experiencing issues with a form you have created please let us know so we can assist you.
